Our photo package for a home under 3,000 SqFt is only $225 – and unlike most photographers we don’t set a limit on the number of images you receive – whatever it takes to show your property listing in the best possible way we’ll do it. If drone shots help you to sell your listing, they’re included – we bring our drone to every shoot and there’s no additional fee. And, if your property listing is more than 3,000 SqFt, it’s only an additional $75. If there are community areas like a pool, or playground, exercise area, or whatever, we’ll ask for $50. We’ll even shoot properties outside of the Tucson/Oro Valley area – the only charge, a modest .35 cent a mile – so even a property listing in downtown Phoenix is only an additional $80 travel fee. Our price includes the Photo Session, Post Production Work, and Unlimited Usage Rights.
